Paragraph 1

Instagram is good for posting about what your doing and sharing memories with friends. Instagram can also be bad because people can say mean things to hurt you or make you feel bad.

Paragraph 2

Snapchat can be good for taking photos, making videos, using filters and saving them to memories. But it is also very unsafe because there is a map where you can see where people are.


Paragraph 3
To conclude social media can be good or bad, it really depends on what you are doing and who is using it. I hope you all make the right choices and follow in the footsteps of Jesus.

once there was a big house sitting in the middle of the woods the house was big,blue,made of bricks and bright. There was a powerful flamingo living in that house he had the power of going invisible and flying.when a wolf would come by the flamingo would fly up in the air and go invisible ''The flamingo said i want to try the lottery.' in only a matter of time the flamingo got his lottery ticket...

WALT: understand what factors promote good sleep

Today we learnt about what factors help us to sleep well and what factors impede sleep. We made a table to show what we had found.

Habits & behaviour to promote sleep

Drink milk before bed Read before bed Draw before bed Listen to soft music Relax and do something calming Have the right lit room Have a regular schedule for sleeping Leave door open to let heat in Have a shower or bath before bed (warm/hot)

Habits & behaviour that hinder sleep

Drinking caffeine Having a lot of light in your room Using technology before bed Full or empty stomach

I will now not drink coffee before bed

What I learnt was that going on technology before bed is not good for sleep

What I'm grateful for...

I am grateful for my Dad, my family and my family in Dunedin. I am grateful for all nature and flowers. I am grateful for church and a community with lots of people.  I´m also grateful  for my friends at school and church and for my family going to church and Jesus.  I'm  grateful for all the animals and my pets. I'm grateful for technology and how we can communicate with others. I´m thankful for my sisters Tahliah and Claudia who live with me in our house and all the teachers at NBC. Thank you to all the relievers that come, Mrs Daines and Sandy.

-Divide by total number of students

In class we had to create a budget for our camp, coming up on February 27th. We added up the costs per item. I found the total price per person to be $143, which Mr Adams tells me is a little under the actual cost.
